Signing of the contract between the Baltic countries and Poland about construction of an atomic power station brakes an astable political situation in this country, the prime minister of Lithuania Gediminas Kirkilas has declared in the second day of power conference in Vilnius. At the same time experts(auditeurs)-power of the Baltic countries believe, that to all fault obstinacy of Poland which demands not less than third of capacities(powers) of the future atomic power station.

The two-day power summit in Vilnius has come to an end. Its(his) basic characters became Azerbaijan which president has put the signature under the agreement on transportation of oil around of Russia, Lithuania, as the accepting party(side), and also Poland which has blocked signing the agreement on creation energomosta with Lithuania and brings turmoil in construction of power station in Ignalina.

If earlier it was spoken about terms of construction of a new atomic power station which constantly moved on 2012, 2015, 2017 now it is not clear, whether the agreement between Poland and three Baltic countries in general will be signed. Polish president Lekh Kachinsky, acting in Vilnius, radiated optimism: " I expect, that in the near future this agreement will be already reached(achieved) in the name of interests of Lithuania and Poland, and also our mutual relations and our common position in the Europe. It concerns(touches) also other participants of the project of Ignalina - to Latvia and Estonia ".

Poland continues to demand third of the future atomic power station, it not less than 1000 megawatt a year. Experts(auditeurs)-power of the Baltic countries consider(count), that Poland brakes construction of a new atomic power station.

" They wish a greater(big) share, but we do not agree. Also our colleagues in Estonia and Latvia do not agree. We try to keep together because we - the small countries, unlike Poland, and we can find the best decision of a problem ", - the general director of joint-stock company " Lietuvos energija " Rimantas YUozajtis has told.

The member of board Eesti Energia Kharri Mikk considers(counts), that Such approach too sharp and does not go on advantage(benefit) to business: " Poland has declared that at them interest both to an atomic power station, and to the project energomosta between two countries if it(she) will not receive everything can be gone that wants ".

The Estonian prime-minister Andrus Ansip who has acted today in Vilnius with the report , considers(counts), that the situation does not need to be dramatized and capacities(powers) should suffice all.

" Lithuania wishes to receive 1000 megawatt, Poland - 1000-1200 megawatt. Estonia and Latvia - remains on 1000 for two. We do not want greater, so will suffice all. Problems can arise, only in case will allow to construct power station only on 1600 megawatt. Then there will be a shortage ", - has told Ansip.

Meanwhile, the desire to participate in the project was declared also by Ukrainian president Victor YUSHCHenko. Meeting the Lithuanian colleague, it(he) has noted, that Ukraine is ready to assist in construction and a professional training for the present the quadrilateral project. Besides YUshchenko has suggested to agree about deliveries to Lithuania the electric power from Ukraine after 2010 when the present atomic power station should be closed. This offer was necessary as it is impossible by the way because in Lithuania already speak that after closing a present atomic power station, the country can appear for 100 percent(interests) in power dependence on Russia.
